「Already left this review, but I will say it again, the housekeeping staff at this Hyatt is second to none. Also, Warren, who works the p.m. on the front desk is stellar. A true company man committed to guest happiness. Beds are super comfy. Noticed a slight downshift in the towels on this trip. I come 4 times/year and go out of my way to stay at this Hyatt」

「前台工作人员办理入住时的态度非常冷漠 入住后晚上睡觉时发现床单上有许多根散散落落的长头发 还有很多黑色小点点 什么东西未知 房间空调中吹出来的是冷气 但关掉不吹更冷 入住那天下雨 室外楼梯已经被水浸泡的一踩就把鞋子浸湿了 周边很远的范围内 也只有墨西哥菜的很小很小的餐厅 海风很大 吹的很响 入住的体验感并不nice」

「Too much noise Too many people talking in the living room since 5:00 am and I don't know if it's your staff or your guests. we live in the room 127 kept hearing the sound of doors close open close open and IMakes me very angry and cranky」

「I frequently stay at this hotel. On my last stay, I found socks in the bed. This time, there was terrible water pressure. I love the staff at this hotel. They are welcoming, professional and always courteous. But the prices have gone up and the last few issues (socks and water pressure) have me thinking I need to find a new hotel in that area.」

「It felt like an old time hotel. Spa and stores on the main floor, attached garage. And the most impressive thing (which I can’t believe is a thing these days) they actually service your room each day without you asking. Great place to stay」
