"We stayed overnight at the Avon Inn on our wedding night and were immediately thrilled with the ease of check-in (we arrived late and were provided with a code to retrieve our key from a lock box). Once we got to our room (120), we were very excited by the beauty of the space! The room was large with tall ceilings, a large bed, a fireplace, a TV with streaming services, and a lovely bathroom. Our favorite part of our stay, though, was BY FAR the bed. The king bed was amazingly comfortable, but...

"The staff went ABOVE and BEYOND! I got several rides to and from the airport and the university. While everyone was very kind and seemed to enjoy their job, I couldn't help notice the operation looked woefully understaffed. They're working harder than they should have to. Give them some more help. I hope they're getting paid well. "

"The apartment is spacious and spotless. We really liked the space. It's an old church converted into apartments. A lovely bottle of wine to welcome us and lots of tips of where to visit while in the area. My only complaint is the children that were staying above us were jumping and running and extremely loud that it made that part hard to tolerate. Otherwise a peaceful little town. "

"The property was clean. The room was supposed to be a King and I truly think it was a queen bed not King. The coffee ended at 9am on Sunday which is too early. We went down and it was gone. "

"love the many options around the property. The only thing I did not like about my stay is, i am not an animal lover. This hotel allows animals to stay over-night in the rooms. I have allergies and know this will prevent me from staying at this location in the future "

"The showers are great. The suites are great. Shower wasn't as clean as it should've been."

"Very old home that existed when the village was formed, created a very unique experience. People in adjoining rooms were very noisy after 11 pm. Bathroom sink drain needs to be cleaned to allow for proper drainage."

"We had a wonderful stay, this is a very nice two bedroom house with a backyard. We felt like we were at home during our stay. Will definitely come back again the next time we are in the area. Definitely recommend"
