「I love the simplicity of this model. Relaxed feeling, but quality comfy and nothing is a problem. Staff are wonderful. All of them. I left smiling thinking yep, Ive worked hard. Happy to spend my coin on a wonderful stay. I didn't like the digital check-in, I go on holiday to escape digital. I dont want to enter all my details, I want to have customer service, made to feel welcome. The time it takes to correct mistakes for people. You may have done it yourself at reception and not annoyed...

「I stayed in this hotel with two of my friends (three of us in total). When we arrived to check in the staff were very friendly, approachable and could speak good english. They explained very clearly everthing we needed to know about the hotel. By the recepetion desk were we checked in was a small shop which was good for buying snacks and water.
