「Elevator was broken clerk checked us in without telling us. Assigned us to fourth floor and told me my handicapped wife would have to climb stairs. Very rude and unprofessional man. Claimed to have emailed us about situation which was not true. Very rude and will try to avoid this chain in my travels.」

「We were there eight nights and I had to ask to have the room cleaned. After it was cleaned there weren’t any hand towels or bath mat left and the dish towel wasn’t replaced. I call down to ask to have some brought up and they said Housekeeping has gone home and for me to go to the desk and get them not the best customer service.
