「Payed for my room ahead of time and was forced to pay an extra 20 at the front desk during check-in」

「My daughter, husband and I had reserved and paid for two rooms with king size beds. There was a little problem checking in because the reservation said there was money owed when. there shouldn’t have been because prepaid for the rooms. We were given rooms 210 and 310 and both were two queen beds and not a king ! I didn’t complain about the rooms because they were clean and I was too tired to deal with changing rooms.
