「From Check in to Check out, everything was amazing. Staff were very polite, helpful and welcoming. We paid half board and have no complaints with the food service, lots of options and different cultural food on the menu. Staff were also amazing and very efficient whilst dining. The rooms were cleaned everyday and again Staff were very pleasant and ensured the service was excellent. We changed hotel last minute from H10 to Hotel Belvedere and we are glad we did.
