"Completely unacceptable hotel. Doors wouldn’t close, were broken off hinges, straight razor fell on my wife when she tried to close it, no outlets worked and (with zero notice) the place was under construction. Never had a worse experience. Genuinely expect a refund"

"Go with zero expectations. Breakfast was so-so - scrambled eggs, sausage and grits. A few bananas, but no grab-and-go items like apples, muffins, etc. You need a raffle ticket from the front desk. Our toilet flushed poorly, the tub was very slippery and the grab bar in the tub was coming out of the wall (screws exposed). We ran out of toilet paper the first day as they only gave us 1 small roll plus the remaining amount on the spool. After our first night, they knocked on our door and said they had to moves us up to the 4th floor. The saving grace - the beds were super comfortable and they had black-out curtains plus a wall AC unit that produced a nice air flow and white noise. We really just needed a place to crash, but it was honestly really terrible and in a sketchy area (we were warned several times by our Uber drivers not to go out after dark or hang around the hotel)."

"This hotel is very clean. The bed was too hard for me, but I travel with a bed topper because I find most hotel beds are not soft enough for me. I will say the whole hotel is clean and comfortable the front desk staff is very helpful and kind. This was an emergency trip to UAB Hospital and we needed to be close to the hospital. "

"This property is one of the cleanest ones that I have ever stayed in. The staff (every member that I came into contact with) was so friendly and helpful! Would recommend 10/10!!!"

"Clean room "

"The staff member at the front desk was very nice. The room smelled like cigarettes and there were ashes everywhere. There was ranch dressing and food spilled on the tables and the floor was filthy. There was something that looked like toothepaste smeared across the carpet, and they definitely hadn't washed the counter at all. If it hadn't been so late when we got there, I would not have stayed. We slept for a few hours and got back on the road. I woild not stay here again."

"One of the best experiences that I’ve had with a hotel, they let us check in early after I had surgery. It was extremely modern clean and professional people were so gracious and nice even at the breakfast morning before we left. If I can give them 20 stars I would your front office Staff the gentleman working the breakfast the cleanliness everything was top-notch thank you so much and if I go to Birmingham, you’re my first choice. ! What a wonderful crew you have."
