「Staff were wonderful! Amy was very helpful with our early check-in and getting us a great room with a view of the courtyard. Our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed walking around seeing all of the Christmas decor and getting to read about the history of the hotel.」

「I stay there everytime we went to glenwood spring, the room and services always good. Just one thing wired since when hotel charged money for parking, but the front desk lady gave us water and snacks instead, fair enough.」

「The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and well appointed. The lobby/was beautiful and a relaxing place to gather and enjoy the ambiance of times gone by.」

「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」
