「My family and I had a brief stay for a few appointments as we live over four hours away from Pittsburgh. We were so happy with our stay at the Crowne Plaza. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were always so happy and welcoming. Very peaceful and the beds were super comfy! We come to Pitt often and this hotel will be our new go to hotel. A+ in my book.」

「We stayed at the suite with a jetted tub in the room. Huge room/suite with kitchen and two bathrooms. Great bed and everything was wonderful. Highly recommended.」

「 The facility from the outdoor smoking area, to the lobby to the room were extremely clean. Which I must say was worth every penny of the slightly higher cost per night then other lodging options in the area. The staff members were welcoming, friendly, always willing to help while remaining professional at as well. Our room was a double queen that was surprisingly very spacious. Within the room there was a wall desk with pull out table, 2 sitting chairs 2 stools and a small portable...

「The room was dirty and disgusting. Horrible water damage on the ceiling and walls. The ceiling and wall paint was peeling from water drainage. The ceiling above the bed was brown, scared it was going to leak. Smelled of mildew. Could not get another room due to 3rd floor completely shut down. No better accommodations given. Do NOT stay here, the place needs to be closed.」
