「Not special. Front Staff not very friendly or helpful, the ladies. The older man at the bar not friendly or welcoming. Everyone should be saying hi every time you pass by them. 「We stayed for 5 days. Here are the positives: 1. Staff are great, especially Julia, Michael, Tito, and Monesha. They are very helpful and kind; 2. The pizzas were really good!!! 3. 「Everything about Ellipse was amazing! I wish I had more time! The property and room was absolutely pristine!!! Cleanest room I have ever had. And the decor was everything. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed from the moment I arrived. My room was even ready and they allowed me to check in before 12.
