「We've stayed in the Tillie House for several years and it has always been a pleasure until last year. Previously therooms seemed clean but either there were NO Tvs in the room or they didn't work. I got a bunch of run around when asked about it. This year we gave them another chance. 「Great location and large room, downside was no staff on site; we needed to call to get someone from the next door diner to open the door. No welcome or further context. Also no staff when we checked out. Rooms are nice and spacious, the outdoors patio and garden are a great opportunity to relax in, but is current quite empty; if they would make this a bit more cosy and welcoming it would be a lot better.」
