「房間的品質程度不ㄧ致 有裝修過跟沒有裝修過的 我訂的是倆個大床 一開始還給錯房 說太晚沒房 但後來有馬上幫我們處理掉換 服務人員熱心 幫忙」

「Good location, and the room was fairly well maintained and spacious, however one of the bed sheets was stained and we had to get a replacement linen. Additionally, the toilet is slightly small and gets quite cold. 」

「我是住11樓，這裡的view非常地漂亮， 面對lake burley griffin，國會大廈， 不管是白天、黃昏、夜晚，都很美！ 這裏的設備很齊全，洗衣機、烘衣機、熨斗、烤箱、微波爐、洗碗機、冰箱、塩、胡椒、茶、咖啡，都有 就如在自己的家中。 不過就是臨高速公路，白天吵了一點， 晚上關上窗戶，還可以。 這裡的櫃檯也蠻好溝通， 我是訂有湖景， 本來是給我3樓， 雖然面對湖、但是看不太到， 當我表達沒看到湖景，此生會非常遺憾時， 隔天就幫我換到11樓， 讓我在此度過一段美好的時光！」
