Always a great stay at The Statesman. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Shame restaurant and bar wasn’t open but closed for holidays. Easy parking and good location. Will stay again.

Lovely well maintained older hotel/motel. Great staff, very clean with a bit of character. Despite being a hotel, very quiet and well located next to a small shopping centre with a decent supermarket and a small collection of other shops. No toaster or microwave, while the room (lower queen room) is compact, it is well suited to a 2 or 3 day stay. Helpful staff. Recommended as a good value stay close to Woden and the Canberra Hospital.
