「The King Suite would have been nice but the room had a bad stench and was not clean. The bed linens were covered in animal fur and stains, which makes me believe they were not changed after the previous guest. We also had to buy air freshener because the room had such a heavy animal scent. The front desk employee was very accommodating with this situation, since there were no other rooms we could be placed in and the cleaning crew was not available at the time. 「This hotel advertises free shuttle bus Beware the service is spotty as they didn’t have a shuttle driver While they did get us a taxi the taxi driver was rude and obviously was not happy that she had to pick us up. There was not the usual breakfast provided. No coffee in the room. For the money we paid it was not worth the stay」

「We had a very enjoyable stay and would happily return. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was quiet and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. While there were a few minor things that could have been improved, they were insignificant and did not take away from the overall experience.
