「Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. We were on the third floor, which had a strong mildew and damp smell throughout the hallway. The first room we were assigned was unbearable—the odor was overwhelming, and there was visible mold on the ceiling. We requested another room, and while the second room was slightly better, it seemed like a large amount of air freshener or cleaning product had been used to mask the mildew smell rather than address the underlying issue. 「The staff was excellent. The space, though, was not. Everything was black and white, decorated with a minimalist eye. The lobby had a lot of wasted space. The "Bistro" was a counter with a very limited menu and a bar. There was not a dresser in our room. There was a flat table under the tv, a long plastic type box with 2 drawers that slid half way under the table, and a lot of wasted space.」

「This review is for the Griffin hotel, not the main hotel (which was beautiful). When we booked our trip, we knew that we wouldn’t be in the main building since we were traveling with a dog. However, if we would have known what we were getting into, we would not have stayed at the Griffin hotel. It felt like the reject hotel. After checking into the main building, we drove to ours. 「The internet was too slow to use the streaming on TV, Hot Water was out and showers were warm for 4 days of our stay. The first day of our stay we had water coming out of the wall onto our bathroom floor from 5th floor; then no hot water. The sink in both rooms and tub would drain slow and you couldn't leave water running or sink would overfill quickly. Hotel has serious plumbing issues and internet issues. The hotel stated they would credit me for one day, but I still have not seen this...
