「The hotel is beautiful and located conveintly downtown. You can walk to many restaurants and shops from the hotel. The room itself was clean and well maintained. However, I found the lighting to be poor. The lights by the bed were only 40 watts and made it difficult to read. I also felt the lighting in the bathroom was not sufficient. The staff was friendly and helpful and this is a great place to stay if you are visiting campus, especially if you are brining a prospective student to visit Kent...

「When I first arrived I was given a handicapped room which was also facing The freeway so alot of road noise. I asked for another room, but was told I had to speak with the Mgr in the am. Next am I spoke to a different clerk who switched my room immediately.」
