"Beautiful property well maintained. We stayed there while visiting friends and basically only slept there and had breakfast last day. Would have liked to have been able to take advantage of the amenities"

"This hotel was perfect. We were going to downtown Cleveland the next day and it had everything we needed. Very clean room, restaurant, bar, pool and plenty of parking. The drive to downtown was less than a half hour. I would definitely stay here again."

"Clean, comfortable and quiet. Close to many restaurants. Easy on and off expressway. I would of given it a higher rating, but breakfast was not complimentary and was just okay."

"The room was clean and modern, The staff was very helpful with the one request we had. The morning breakfast was more than ample and saved us the cost of eating out each morning we were there. This hotel will be our new go to visit Ashtabula."

"Location was close enough to walk to all activities. Air conditioner worked fine but made a knocking noise. Bedding and bathroom were clean but baseboards, walls and floor needed some cleaning. Direct TV was not working but I did get help getting that to work again. Overall it was OK."
Holiday Inn Cleveland-Mayfield by IHG

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Cleveland, Mayfield. The staff was helpful when I reported an issue with a ceiling patch that looked like it might fall that was located over the bath tub. They took care of it that same day! The receptionist at the front desk asked if it was ok to send the maintenance crew in and I gave the ok! The restaurant, Alfredo's At The Inn Serves great food and the bar is awsome!"
