「One of the worst hotel stays of my life. We booked months in advance and arrived at 10am after a wet soccer game. Though we knew it was early, front desk staff (Roshonda) assured us she'd prioritize our rooms as they were cleaned. Three hours later, we were still waiting. When we asked again, she offered king rooms — but we all had 3–4 people per room and had booked doubles. She confirmed we'd have our rooms before 2pm. The rooms never came so we left for soccer game #2. We returned at 7:30pm...

「The room was nice but the air conditioner was so loud so it didn’t make sleeping very comfortable. The room was clean except for a couple bugs on the floor. 」

「The night shift desk clerk was so amazing. The address from Expedia wasn’t jiving with my GPS and so I called tired. She walked me step by step through the final turns. Everyone I interacted during my overnight stay was very helpful. I felt very safe and secure. Would highly recommend this hotel to travelers or guests.」

「Cleanliness was a 10/10 which is all I need to be satisfied with a hotel stay. Also the staff was pleasant and attentive. Hotel conveniently located near shops, restaurants, annnnd the interstate. I hope to have the same experience in the future when I stay again.」

「Left for the day and came back to my bed not changed nor fresh towels were brought. I had to go and get sheets for my bed and towels for my room. Then was questioned, "why I didn't call earlier that morning to report it?" "Well, mama, I have been here since this morning and just got back."」
