「We stepped into the elevator and found a filthy rug. Our bedroom bathroom did not have light enough for us to use the mirror. The smoke detector appeared to be dysfunctional. We went to breakfast at 7:30 AM on a Sunday and found many basic items missing like fruit, bread for toast, and hard-boiled eggs. They did have sausage patties and strange little egg omelettes that were warmed over many times. I think this is not Holiday Inn express standards. At least I sure hope so. We went there...

「This is a "you get what you pay for" property...Fairly inexpensive, but an old, not at all upgraded facility. Had some odors, soap left over on the tub from previous guest, NO coffee. Refrigerator worked well...but strange note to close the bathroom door when using the shower because the steam sets off the fire alarm. Had the fire alarm gone off, the charge was $250 to pay for the fire dep't call. Very strange arrangement. This may be a property you want to avoid.」

「Check in was fast and friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious. My granddaughter loved the pool. I really liked the hours of the pool. It started opened till midnight. Felt very safe in the area. There is so much around the area. Shopping is great in that area!」

「Room was very nice and clean. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was relatively empty so very quiet. Only complaint was way too much chlorine/chemicals in the pool and absolutely no clean towels in the pool area. My kids used the gym and said it was nicely appointed. Breakfast was very good—bacon nice and crispy and the pancake machine was easy to use.」

We chose a double queen room, and it was super spacious and immaculately clean. Communicating with the owners to arrange late check in was easy and effective!」
