Our room was incredibly clean and smelled amazing. This hotel has been a middle stop on our route from Central Iowa to southeastern North Carolina. I prefer Comfort Inns, and sadly they aren't always as great as this location. Thank you for restoring faith in the properties. We rarely eat breakfast, so I can't comment on that. But I will definitely return. Thank you!!

Great stay

Check-in staff (one young woman) was super friendly and helpful, even finding us a luggage cart to assist with getting to our room. Room was great, beds were firm and just right. Breakfast was great. Wi-fi was powerful enough to reach our room at the very end of hall.

Convenient location near multiple places to eat. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Only complaint was bathroom had a smell and tub needed to be upgraded because it was deteriorating around the drain. Rest of the room and floors were nice. Bed was very comfy!

The hotel stay was great. Only two issues. First, the coffee pot did not work. Second, one of the pillows smelled bad. I turned it into the desk for them to check. The bed was very comfortable. I will make comfort inn my highest priority the next time I need a place to stay.

Great customer service and clean

Room 219 AC didn’t work so they kindly moved us to another room that had a working AC unit. Other than that we were happy with our stay. It was clean, friendly service, and comfortable.

Tina is amazing ! i got in about 30 mins early she let me check in. She went above and beyond since the pool was closed for my family and even found me a fan since the room was on the warmer side. very good customer service she helped make this stay great.

The hotel manager on duty, Brianne was wonderful. Welcoming, professional and patient. She ensured the room was clean and acceptable. She greeted every guest professionally. The lobby is clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast attendant was very nice and attentive.

The hotel was convieniently located and there was plenty of food and shopping available. However our room was at the end of the building and close to main st. so there was a lot of traffic noise. Also it was not as clean as we would have liked including an old bbq laying outside our window...but overall I would still reccomend. Good staff and the breakfast was very good.

Not worth the money…the entire hotel smelled strongly of a chemical cleaning smell yet the rooms weren’t very clean, the pool was broken, and we had to switch rooms three times to find a bed that wasn’t broken. If we could have cancelled our non refundable reservation, we would have immediately left. The only good thing about this property is the friendly and patient staff who helped us finally get to a room without a broken bed.

We arrived on a Friday evening to a room that smelled like wet dog. When we asked for a new room we were told “That room isn’t a dog room and nothing else is available.” We went back to the room to clean the AC filter where we found dog hair coating the filter. We washed the filter and pulled the blankets back to find a used tissue. We went back to the front desk to get new sheets. This time we were offered a new room. The new room was clean. During the night, we smelled the strong scent of marijuana in a non smoking hotel. The next night was great with no complaints. We likely will not stay here again.

My check in process with Tina was terrible. There was an issue with my reservation that she provided absolutely no help or hospitality in trying to solve. Expedia customer service was excellent in helping me our check in issue, but I will never stay at that location or any other comfort inn and suites again! Tina interrupted me, spoke over myself and my significant other many times, insisted that with her best experience of two years she was in the right. It was just awful. And on top of that our suite smelled strongly of marijuana!! I hope Choice Hotels makes a visit to this location and review them. I’d be happy to explain more of the details. Lastly, thank you to Expedia and their customer service representatives for helping smooth over our reservation quickly and easily. Expedia saved the day!!
