「I was at Freiburg for two nights visiting my friends. The hotel is easy to find and have great personnel. The receptionists are specially friendly and ready to assist. While traveling at the city, I have encountered business matter that needs a scanner and a printer. Thanks to the hotel's business corner. It allowed me to accomplish my mission (without charging me.) I really appreciated their help. The room itself is also big and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel. :)」

「飯店座落於Festspielhaus旁 對面即是公車站牌 往返火車站相當方便 走路也可於十分鐘內到Baden-Baden老城區 服務人員非常親切 對飯店或是城市有疑問時可以請教他們 房間設備相當乾淨但普通 早餐部分也屬一般 不過以這樣的價格來說還是相當值得推薦的地方 」
