"Nice hotel in central Manado, with friendly managemant. Had big problem because Expedia did not pay the bill. The hotel could not arrange it. I had to do a lot of correspondence and the responses from expedia came very slow. Hotel was ok, Expedis a nightmare."

"The villa we booked was not available when we arrived. I had booked and paid months earlier and was extremely upset. The gave us a new duplex which smelt of cement and the shower flooded. The TV was not connected.
We got the villa the next day and the TV channels were all Chinese channels. The floor was mopped with a dirty mop as you could see the marks on the bathroom floor. The door to the balcony would not lock and the front door took a long time to open as it was stuck.

"Bruyant avec aucune insonorisation. La chambre donne sur l'axe principal qui est très circulé même la nuit.
Pas propre, hormis heureusement les lits
Salle de bains très vétuste
Climatisation défectueuse
On s'attendait à du basique, pour une courte nuit en venant de l'aéroport, mais là on est proche de l'insalubre.

"Bungalows in direkter Strandnähe. Tauchen und Schnorcheln waren super. Hausriff war genial. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Das Personal war immer freundlich und zugewandt. Alles im allem war es ein sehr guter Urlaub."
