Nice people + Good value for the price

Good value for the price. Not everything is still in shape but for the price I didn't mind. The people are really great, nice and helpfull. This is why I will return there soon.

Schöne Lage gegenüber Bunaken mit tollen Sonnenuntergängen. Toller Pool und schöne weitläufige Anlage. Kostenloser Flughafentransfer ab 5 Nächten Aufenthalt. Allerdings ist alles sehr dreckig und in die Jahre gekommen. Das Restaurant ist zu klein für die Masse an Gästen. Das Buffet ist OK. Am Pool ist leider mein UV Shirt verschwunden und ist auch nicht wieder aufgetaucht. Wir hatten ein weiteres Zimmer gebucht, das wird nicht benötigten. Die Managerin an der Rezeption sagte mir zu, dass ich kostenlos stornieren kann, wenn ich das Vorgehen mit Expedia kläre. Nachdem ich dies mit dem Kundenservice von Expedia geklärt hatte, hat das Hotel trotzdem knallhart die von Expedia angefragte Erstattung abgelehnt. Danke fürs Belügen.

Dejligt hotel.

En uge som del i en længere rejse. Hotellets ansatte er endog meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Hele området indbyder til afslapning, med mindre man ønsker at benytte sig af de talrige fantastiske dykker steder som hotellets dykkerafdeling tilbyder. Staben er ligeledes behjælpelig med at arrange ture til de lokale nationalparker. bygningsmassen trænger til snarlig renovering.

Paikka on kaunis ja sijaitsee kauniilla paikalla meren ääressä. Palvelu hyvää ja huone siisti. Ainoa miinus oli se, että huoneen ilmastointi sammuu kuin sieltä poistuu.

おすすめのダイビングリゾート

ダイビングのために2017年6月に3泊4日宿泊しました。 当初は費用を抑えるためにホテルは安いもので済まそうと思っていましたが、思いのほかリゾート感があり部屋、部屋からの景色、レストラン好印象でした。特にダイビングではアドバンスライセンスを取得したのですが、日本人インストラクターが付いてくれて、楽しく、安心してできました。彼のおかげで日本人のお客が多いようで、インドネシア人インストラクターも少しだけ日本語が使えて、日本人慣れしている感じでした。 ただ近くにコンビニはなく30分以上車で街に出なければならないことがマイナス点でしょうか。 私たちはスーツケースにビール、ジュース、お菓子は持参していきました。 また最終日はホテルでカーチャーターをして効率的にマナドの街を見て、お土産を買い空港に行きました。 チャーターは2時間 30万RP+7.5RP×追加時間。昼ご飯の時間を含めて4時間で丁度いい時間でした。

Waren für eine Nacht (Stopover) und können das Hotel als "Flughafen-Hotel" nur weiter empfehlen. In einer halben Stunde angenehme Fahrt durch Bananen-Plantagen und Kokospalmen-Wälder erreicht man das Hotel. Flughafen-Transfer klappt 1A. Das Essen ist sehr gut und die Bedienung super-nett, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Pool-Anlage.

Less than meets the eye...

The property, rooms, and facilities are all very nice. However, details were missing, prices are high, and customer service left one wanting. Foremost, prices are high. Whether for dives, wine, massage, or airport transfer, they are higher here than their competition. Partially because they try to do everything in house, we ran into problems with trying to escape the hotel. The dive center was hard to work with. Phone calls and emails to try to advance coordinate dives went unanswered for days. I finally walked over my first morning and was told I could only do 2 dives rather than 3, despite having what appeared to be 0 other business that day and a staff of about 12. (They relented eventually.) Many dives required minimums of 3 or 4 people who you must pay for regardless; we twice ran into this problem and saw others as well. We had additional experiences where basic problem solving skills were lacking. Want to take an advertised trip? "You can't get there from here" seemed a common response. If the hotel can't offer it that day, then tough luck. They will not help you find someone who can--though they will seem resentful do. There was no wifi in our rooms. There were many other smaller, nicer resorts nearby that are probably more accommodating (for less $$). I recommend those until Grand Luley better realizes its potential.

Great "get out of town" resort.

Good value for money resort with SCUBA diving facilities and other activities available. Friendly staff, good restaurant and reasonable prices, but be aware that the resort is about 30 - 40 minutes from Manado Airport. A considerable distance from town on country roads, and not much available in the immediate vicinity (i.e., no restaurants or shopping in walking distance). We booked transportation to and from the airport through the hotel, which is also very reasonably priced (IDR200,000 each direction for both of us). There's no gift shop or convenience store on site, so bring everything you need, except that they do have SCUBA and snorkeling gear for rent. The pool is large and deep enough for swimming. Overall a nice stop to dive or relax.

静かなリゾートホテル

マナド市内から離れておりショッピングやレストランに行く場合は不便ですが、その代わり静かなリラックスできるリゾートホテルです。 一部改装中ですが、設備はきれいでした。 レストランもおいしかった。 スタッフも英語ができる方が多く、タバコもすぐにホテル外へ買いに行ってくれて、対応は抜群に良かったです。 専用の船着場もあり、サンゴが綺麗で有名なBunaken島へ近いそうです。

Hotel pulito, confortevole, elegante e con personale ospitale; ciònonostante ho dovuto dare disdetta per il resto del soggiorno dopo due sole notti, non potendolo fare prima. L'albergo è ubicato in zona remota (che non consente utilizzo di altri servizi se non quelli dell'albergo), tale da renderlo completamente isolato. Infrequentabile da questa posizione Manado, la sua realtà, i mercati, raggiungibili solo dopo quasi 3/4 d'ora di macchina.Da consigliare soltanto ad una compagnia di amici che ama fare diving e per un breve periodo.Devo ancora verificare l'addebito che mi faranno per parlare della correttezza. Molto lontano dall'aereoporto per strada accidentata non consente nemmeno una passeggiata fuori dall'albergo. Mi è sembrato una prigione dorata ma pur sempre una prigione per quanto i viali e la piscina siamo sempre puliti e curati. Davanti Bunaken, l'isola che tutti vogliono visitare...ma se piove a dirotto per tre giorni che fate?
