「The overall external look of the hotel is a bit historic which isnt an issue. I was surprised at how modern the inside of the rooms were..however they have exceptional customer service and a tpp tier valet service. I would definitely stay here again.」

「The hotel was conveniently located and offered an affordable rate, which made it a good choice for a short stay. However, not all amenities were available for guests to enjoy, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it was an okay experience—suitable if you're looking for basic accommodations in a good location」

「Room was very nice and clean. Ideal for close proximity to UAB-Highlands. The only problem I had is the key card lock on my hotel room door. I had the hardest time getting in twice to the point where I thought that the key had demagnetized and had them reprogram the key. That was frustrating since I was on the fifth floor, but overall, I would definitely stay again.」

「This hotel was phenomenal. The staff at the front desk, specifically Natalie, was more than accommodating for our large group. They were able to get us checked in (early) and gave us some great recommendations for local bars/restaurants. The hotel was beautiful and a great location to Uptown and concert venues. Our room was clean with very cold A/C. Bedding and pillows were very comfortable!! We will definitely be back for a future stay. 」

「Staff is extremely friendly and the atmosphere is very inviting, I work Nights at Grandview across the street as an RN and am able to get late checkouts and early checkins. I stay here frequently with my family when I work multiple shifts back to back over the summer and we love the pool and free Breakfast and Dinner 」
