「Front desk staff was always top notch. Really good buffet breakfast and good coffee. The towels are NOT SOFT! And, there isnt a comfortable chair in the suite. Nor a toss pillow on the sofa. Housekeepers are great! Beautifully maintained grounds.」

「The staff was amazing from start to finish. The only recommendation I would have is to use less space for the concierge parking and give hotel guests more of an option. I was there for 5 days and had to park very far away from the entrance. Also, the valet is just that a valet only . . . never said can I help you with a bag etc. Having to park far away meant I had to leave my bags at the door go park and come back. I was told by the valet - I am parking only....」
