Property is currently very clean, but you can see on going maintenance may be lacking: weeds in rock beds, thresh hold to our room loose and trip hazard, walkway light at back entrance appears to have been run into and was not standing straight, lower entrance on northend of building does not close securely by itself, which is a safety hazard.」

「I was in the area for my son's golf tournament. The location to the courses was great. The owners are extremely gracious and welcoming.The bedroom, bath/shower were very clean and well kept. They are happy to make breakfast for you. I enjoyed my stay. 」

「DIRTY! This unit was dirty in many different areas, like several dead bugs in the corners, dried food in the stove and the refrigerator had a spoiled odor. Also the unit had a stale odor to it. Since . This made me feel uncomfortable and unable to relax during my visit. I tried to resolve with Red Awning, but their communication is slow. I recommend that the host ensure a thorough cleaning before guests arrive.」
