「The room was a bit run-down, and it took them overnight to clean up a mess in front of the elevator. Otherwise they'd of had a perfect score. The breakfast was the best! That alone got them a better score. The room was nice, but our wall had some wear on it, and the shower had some chips in it. So not perfect, but nothing that really affected the comfort. The staff not cleaning the huge, muddy mess infront of the elevator was the biggest complaint. 」

「This is a great hotel to stay at if you're going to a Cleveland Guardians baseball game. Yes, you have to pay extra for the parking but it's not too big of a hassle. You just fill out your car information with staff at the front desk and that lets you into the lot. The staff at the front desk was friendly and accommodating, even on a busy gameday. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I stay here anytime I come through Cleveland. 」

「The hotel is very updated and comfortable. The pool is very family friendly and the rooms are all updated and inviting. This is probably the nicest Mariott property I've ever stayed at. If I return to Cleveland I definitely want to stay here again. Bathrooms are great and the glass doors are a plus. The beds were very comfortable as well. The hotel even has a nice smell throughout it. 」
