「We were greeted warmly by Monica at the front desk who was super helpful and informative! The rooms were clean and well stocked with what we needed. The pool was great for the kids. The breakfast was perfect! Location was perfect too!」

「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3.
