"When I went my room I found a bug in my bed, stains on the sheets, and hairs in the shower. I asked to be moved. They moved me to a different room. There were still stains on the sheets and hairs in the shower that were not mine due to me not using it yet. I wanted to get a refund but saw reviews on here that said they would not refund you if you booked through a third party which I did. This place is so gross, I bought shower shoes to feel comfortable showering. Skip it at all costs. Spend a little more to feel comfortable. They also now charge $5 a night for parking, which they did not charge me due to my poor experience. Pro was the room was quiet and the AC worked well. "

"Staff was helpful; asked us to check the room before we occupied; switched us to a better accommodation based on our review. Breakfast staff was attentive and kept tables picked up and serving area neat. Room was clean, tidy and comfortable with all functions (hot water, refer, M/W, outlets, A/C) working. Shortcomings: not enough outlets or USB ports; Chair was old and did not function well; luggage cart "

"Bird droppings on hand rails, on side walk into the lobby --has to be health hazard.. Light switch by door not connected to anything so room dark on entry. Closet had no rack or rod. Another had no hangers. No housekeeping in 3 days. Breakfast was not good, bread was moldy. Asked for lightbulb for a light but maintanene was gone. Never replaced in the 3 days we were there. Never again will I stay in a Wyndham hotel. Guess you cannot rely on a good name."
