「I don’t recommend the Red Roof hotels because they have a worse service and too many issues and if you rent a room per week then at the third week you pay a day before expired and you came back the same day and cancel they don’t reimburse your money back 」

「The full breakfast every morning was wonderful. The property felt very secure. The staff was courteous and hopeful throughout our entire stay. I would recommend staying at this property. It is only 45 minutes from El Paso right down the freeway.」

「The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were very efficient. Although the hotel facilities are starting to show their age and feel a bit dated, everything is well-maintained, bright, and very clean. They offer a convenient complimentary breakfast; however, the seating area in the breakfast room felt a little cramped, so you might have to squeeze in or wait for a table during peak hours.」

「Our room was relatively clean, but the bed was uncomfortable for sleeping. Problems we encountered: 1. There were exposed wires on the non-functioning smoke detector. 2. There was an obvious electrical short circuit in the reading lights above the beds, and the light switch was broken/missing on one of these. 3. The security chain on the door was missing. We notified the front desk staff about these issues and she said she would notify "the manager". I doubt she did since her...

「Our room was on the first floor across from the 24 hour laundry that's loud, with items clunking around in the dryer at all hours. Breakfast starts at 6a, with the waffle maker beeping every few minutes. We could clearly hear guests speaking in the hallway outside our door as clearly as if they were in our room. Not my idea of a good hotel experience, quite the opposite. I booked months in advance, checked in before 5p and was told this is the only available room! I find that hard to believe on...
