INCONSIDERATE STAFF - other stays have been enjoyable this one was deplorable. The staff doesn’t care about your $400 vacation. We arrived on Friday night and unbeknownst to us we were put directly under the rooms being renovated on the second floor. Saturday morning, when the constant hammering began, we understood and left the room we paid for, until 4.30. When we inquired about the constant hammering they said it would be done by 3:30 and had a sign stating as much. No such luck, no rest for me. When I complained, they wanted me to re-pack all of my belongings and move rooms. Trust me, this hotel was not full on Friday. Why would anyone be given a room directly under the floor renovation with constant hammering?? At 10 pm ( our time 2 am) a fire alarm set off, waking us from a deep sleep and sending us into the night air. No apology, no compensation, no attempt to let us know management realized they ruined my $400 vacation, and I’m a Hilton’s Honors member. Good luck, they don’t care about you or your vacation.

The area that this one in is very industrial, the room we got seemed very dated. Carpets in the room were coming up and frayed. The shower was very hard to work. The curtains that separated, the rooms were extremely wrinkled. The staff was super nice though. It’s just not one of the best home 2 suites that we have stayed at.

Very welcoming. Mark helped us when we checked in. Room was very nice and clean. Love the scent of the lotion, shampoo, body wash and conditioner. Everything was great. Breakfast had lots of good options. My only complaint is that when I looked up this reservation, I was under the impression that every room had all kitchen appliances including a stove and oven. Our room had everything except a stove and oven. If we wanted we could go get a hotplate and a pan. Thank God that I was able to go to a relative's house to cook what I needed for Christmas dinner. Otherwise, this would be a five-star rating. Lorena was a great front desk person as well. Very helpful. Ample safe parking. Safe area with great places to eat and shopping nearby.
