「Place was amazing. Just know what you’re getting into. First off know that you’re off the grid. And there is absolutely zero cell phone signal and while there are certain locations on the ranch that does have Wi-Fi my particular cabin did not. 「The location is only 4 minutes drive to Big Bend which is a big plus for us. We stayed there 4 nights, and the host is responsive and keep the trash in our room cleaned every day. The check in and check out thrue texting is also convenient for us because we check in late and check out early thanks to the smart door lock. The layout is practical and in room appliances (microwave, fridge, hair blower) are also help us staying in there for easy breakfast and dinner. Overall, I recommend this...

「We stayed in cottage 6. It slept two adults and two grown teenagers nicely. The bed was comfortable and shower nice and hot. Parking is easy and it's located on the Main Street in Fort Davis within walking distance of shops and restaurants. 」

「Pleasant atmosphere and staff」

「Great location in the heart of Marfa. Our stay was nice and relaxing. The unit wasn't so much of a room as it was a small apartment. There are very few places to eat during the week or past sunset, so the full kitchen with dining area worked perfect for us. I spent many hours sitting out on the patio drawing, reading, and enjoying the beautiful weather and scenery. We'll definitely be back to the Lincoln Marfa!」

「We booked a room at the Maverick Inn, sister property to the Holland Hotel. Checking in at the Holland, they upgraded us to the rooftop suite at the Holland for no upcharge because the A/C at the Maverick Inn room was broken. We will definitely stay with them again! 」
