The breakfast in the morning was delicious, with lots to offer- one of the best breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel, and offered lots of options. Great downtown location, walking distance to many restaurants, the VanAndel Arena and lots of other cool things to check out. "

"The front desk staff was exceedingly friendly, quick to point out the complementary coffee, cookies, etc., the room is extremely clean all systems in working condition. A very nice hotel."

"The only issue was the toilet wasting water and running the whole time. Had to shut the door to avoid listening. Tried to fix it but it was a bad float valve. room 101. The morning I was to leave, I needed a window scraper in the morning, as it had snowed crustily on my rental vehicle. The front desk did not have one but the attendant gladly offered to retrieve one from their car. While they were gone, I discovered the rental had one. The attendant is very thoughtful. I should have food harder!"

"This hotel is perfect for a night out in downtown Grand Rapids!! We stayed when going to a concert at Van Andel Arena and it was a 5 minute walk! The rooms are very modern and well kept. It was a great stay!"
