「Breakfast was delicious and constantly refurbished. But my favorite part of the day was the customer service of Kyrie. She had texted me as soon as I had checked in that if I had any questions at all to please let her know. I was trying to use the TV in my room to watch the NASA splash down and there were several texts exchanged while she helped me find live TV and NBC. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. 」

「The staff at the front desk were wonderful on check in. That is really the only good thing about this hotel. The building is run down and on the side of the highway. The staircase leading up to our room on the second floor was filthy. The bathtub looked like it held many years of dirt at the bottom, so showering there was not an option. There was also dirt in the corner of the bathroom floor. The sheets were not properly tucked in, so the mattress was visible at the bottom. Would not stay...
