"First off...my reservation could not be found. They were able to find my reservation 10 minutes after I left the lobby. The bed was lopsided. Could not access all the channels. The remote worked very janky. The toilet seat was not screwed in and moved around. "

"Upon arriving the container of kitty litter with a questionable liquid, trash all over and a shopping cart out front should have been a hint. Then getting to our room we found it less than clean. Blood stains on the floor, a towel had blood (or dark) stains on it. Found a red pill on the floor. Curtains werent on all the hooks and due to a late check in we had to hang them ourselves to shut them. Outlet next to sink didnt work. The bathroom had water spots and mold on the walls. The ceiling had dust and webs all over. The people upstairs were loud and stomping. Despite complaining it went on until after 1am. Fast forward to breakfast..... WHAT BREAKFAST? Only a gallon of milk, two half full cereals (which were stale) and questionable waffle mix. No juice, no coffee. Horrible experience. Cancelled our return stay in July for a wedding as we will not be back to this hotel."
