「The hairdryer in our room did not work. When asked for a new one, was taken to 3 different rooms until we found one that worked. The towels were pretty thread bare but the room did appear clean. Would not stay here again with other options available nearby.」

「Starting with the good:Our room was very nice, clean and great breakfast. Downside issue was we were awoke by some type alarm shortly after midnight and we could not figure it out. Then shortly after we received a call from the desk asking us if we were ok because it was showing at the desk a fire alarm was going off. 「I stayed at parkside in from March 14th to March 17th to make a few stops on the Kentucky bourbon trail before my business trip to downtown Louisville. I felt like I got that “Kentucky hug” as lot of people describe when you sip on some good bourbon as the bourbon goes down.
