「Terrible experience!! Do not stay here. WiFi was not working, room telephone was not working, there were only 5 working channels on the TV, no quiet hours. People were running and screaming through the hallways at 1am. No shampoo, tub was not working. I reached out to the hotel through their chat and got no response. Terrible customer service.」

「⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I give this hotel a five-star review! The room was very clean, the breakfast was amazing, and the kids absolutely loved the pool and gym area. Everything about our stay was great from start to finish. Plus, it’s only about a mile away from Cedar Point, which made everything super convenient for our weekend getaway. We will definitely be coming back the next time we visit. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun and relaxing stay!」

「Property is in very poor condition. Our first room smelled like cigarette smoke and weed. Our second room's freezer was broken and when we opened the fridge, water went all over the floor (also smelled damp and moldy). Our third room had an active water leak coming from the ceiling. Our fourth room finally did the trick. The staff was very helpful in changing our room several times, and the breakfast ladies were very, very nice. Breakfast doesn't have anything hot and lacks variety but was fine....
