「The best things I can say about the room is it was clean and the view is wonderful, other than that, for the price it is hard to believe that you get no fridge or microwave. The elevator was sporadically working, not fun when you are on the 3rd floor and walk with 2 canes. When reported to front desk, he said I will look into it as he kept reading his magazine. The pools were disgusting, I realize they were going to be working on them that week, but they took away from the beauty of the view. ...

「We stayed at Islander Inn for a bachelorette trip specifically because of the advertised pool and swim-up bar amenities. Before arriving, I called the day before check-in because it was early in the season and temperatures were only around 70 degrees. I was told the pool would not be open due to the weather. However, when we arrived, it became clear that the issue was not weather at all — the entire pool and swim-up bar area was under heavy construction and essentially torn apart. We paid full...

Unfortunately the TGF ON property did a very very poor job full meals being served before any beverage’s kids sodas , cocktails all drinks . One meal delivered at least 30 minutes before any other food was brought to table and that food was incorrect in every easy possible and how do I finally got our drinks we got the wrong ones. Manager came to the table to correct the problem...

「We took our 5 year old grandsons to castaway bay and had a wonderful time. We had dinner at Famous Daves the food was very good it had a nice atmosphere with great service and a nice view. Then we bowled and went to the arcade. We did the breakfast buffett in the morning that was also very nice. Then back to the water park we loved the wave pool and the hot tub. My husband and the grandkids did the water coaster and slides and had a great time. Highly recommend castaway bay for family fun!」
