「Unfortunately the room was not very clean and the condition was poor. Cracks in walls, tiles missing in the bathroom, loose tap, damaged flooring. The location is fine as I just needed something close to Presint 18. Staff were friendly but incorrectly told me I needed to pay tourism tax and I was required to evidence that it was already covered by Expedia. I understand that power requires the key card but it's the first time this extended to plug sockets which meant my phone didn't charge while...

「The property itself was great but there are a few areas that could be improved, particularly the pillows and breakfast.
The pillows were very uncomfortable and lacked proper support. Providing firmer or more supportive pillow options would greatly enhance guest comfort.
The complimentary buffet breakfast was great however there were limited meat options available. Most of the hot dishes appeared to be processed foods so a wider selection of fresh protein choices would be welcome.

「Room are constantly humid since almost all lack any window at all. The shower/toilet is just a glass partition inside the bedroom and it never drys. Your clothes, linen and luggage absorb the moisture and get wet. Management had no solution and refused cancellation. After strong words and 3 days, allowed upgrade to one of the few rooms with window. The “wonderful” reviews posted seem clearly fake. Cleaning staff made a great effort to make the room livable」
