"Upon entering the hotel's lobby, I was greeted by Thania (I hope I spelled her name right!). She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and we had a great little chat before I checked in. We had booked this hotel for one night due to a poor experience at another accommodation, and I was so thoroughly relieved to have been able to spend my last night in Malaysia at Hyatt. I was well rested, stress-free, and was able to wind down right before a long flight home. Thank you, and I highly recommend Hyatt for future stays!"
