Saybrook Manor 2 Stars Hotels

great coffee machine and coffee mugs in room, not paper cups and crappy kuerig pods

I had read the property reviews before arriving. They weren’t great, so I was a bit worried. All in all, though, we did not find any concerns. Updates would be a bonus for sure. The lobby did have a musty smell, but nowhere else that we went in the building. The breakfast was easy and good. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

large room, comfortable beds, great location

Very pleasant . Rooms nicely decorated with some nice furniture. Suites were terrific with small living room . Loved it

Property was clean and the staff was excellent.

Room was expansive, well appointed and clean, with comfortable bed and accessories. Great location too.

For the price everything met expectations. Would stay again.

The room was just what I need for my stay.

Beautiful view and excellent location. A short walk to the ferry to Greenport and a short drive to preserves. Owner more than accommodating. I will visit again.

Loved how tranquil this site is. Was great to disconnect in nature.

Good coffee (which is rare) and plentiful breakfast. Although chilly outside, always nice stepping through those warm doors. Very friendly and helpful staff. This is the only place we will stay in Groton.

I stayed here with my husband and two children for Labor Day weekend. Everything is so close by. The room was clean and the outdoor pool was very fun. We took full advantage of it. There is a washer and drier on site which is always a plus. It is a quiet place. I would definitely stay here again.

For a small family-run motel, this was a little gem. I was lucky to get a room there for my niece's Phd grad at Yale this past weekend. Very comfortable king bed, flat screen TV, great air-con, super shower, fridge, & microwave. I always travel with my own mug, instant coffee & tea, so I was all set. Setting is fresh air country, with flowers & evergreen shrubs around the motel. Office has a Keurig coffeemaker, ice machine, and cold drinks machine. Definitely would stay there again!

Hotel looked very nice both inside and outside room was clean bathroom had everything we needed nice location for what we were there for. McDonalds,Wendy's and target nearby. Nice experience.

My stay here I found to be excellent. I travel and stay in hotels every night and I mean every night so I am an authority in hotels due to the fact that I am particularly picky and paranoid at the same time ( I know it's weird.) when we arrived the desk clerk came out to help us park, very much appreciated. I explained to the clerk my situation how I don't like parties and that sort of thing he assured me that he did not put up with that stuff so I felt calm and relaxed. The room was clean and...

It was very clean. I was pleasantly surprised! Like a studio apartment with a king bed. I will definitely return in the future. The kitchen was spotless and functional, very nice. Warm and clean and relatively quiet (there was an upstairs unit). Can use updates in bed, furniture, but most importantly it was super clean and the linens and towels fresh and clean. Nice if you like your own space in a quiet country setting with food stores, gas, dining close by. Peaceful. I loved parking my car...

Great place to stay. Wonderful views of river. Great pasta restaurant around the corner Pauls Pasta. Hotel staff very nice. Much rather stay here than a chain hotel
