「The staff were very nice and friendly. But the floor in the room was not vacuumed so I was walking om beach sand. I was not told that the maid service had to be requested so I had to call for the floor be cleaned and for fresh towels. My suggestion is that the desk staff informed your guest that they need to ask for the maid service.」

「Absolutely horrible, ceilings had mold on them. Rust was in the microwave. The vent was out of the wall in the hallway, cutting my leg as I walked by it. The breakfast was absolutely terrible, expired yogurt, and sour milk. I don’t know how they can rent these rooms out being in such terrible condition. I will never come here again.」

「I stayed here over MDW with my girlfriend and dog and had an amazing experience. The staff was super attentive and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, and this hotel is located on a great part of the boardwalk. This hotel is PERFECT for traveling with a dog. They offered a list of dog friendly restaurants in the area, treats, and had grass and a bathroom area right in the back. I cannot wait to visit Ocean City again and when I do I will be staying here.
