The room was clean but had a terrible smell; I believe it was from new curtains, maybe new carpet. We opened windows to air it out. Our neighbors had small kids that yelled alot but quieted down when needed. We like this motel alot. Love the location and prices. Housekeeping staff needs training on what the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door means.

$100 for a one night stay at this place was criminal. Smell of the room was stale, toilet paper in the bathroom was wet. Not worth your time.

the room smelled like wet socks and fridge smelled bad also - asked for something for the room - no ever showed - not even an ice bucket in the room

Could not connect to internet. Staff could've been a little friendlier/welcoming. Door to our little deck rattled constantly in the wind. Bathroom was TEENY. Toilet had to be flushed 2x to work. All in all, just a little bit run down. It was okay for an inexpensive stay; but if you're looking for 'nice', this really isn't it.

Needs major update. Main door to get in room had big gaps. Cold air was coming in. Hot water pressure in shower was low.

This was not at all what I booked. The photos on the Expedia website were not accurate. When I get there, the front desk says the room I booked is in a building that is not yet open for the season and they put me in a motel room by the office. They said it was there first day open. I'm guessing no one cleaned or checked the room before renting it to me. There was a dead cockroach on the floor, a silverfish crawling on the wall, the comforter was stained, and there was a big gap in the front door so the room was freezing. Truly a terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

They were close to the beach and boardwalk. Now our specific hotel was not on the beachfront side, etc. but it is also close to the Starbucks in OCMD. I loved the proximity. Clean room. Shower & Tub combo. Elevator to get stuff up and down to room. Clean bedding. The one downside was they don’t have any luggage carts so make that be something in mind when you’re packing the items up to go to the hotel. Have something to lug to and from hotel room. Hope this helps.

The place is in a good spot but there was multiple spots of black mold growth from near the A/C to the doorway to the bathroom and the wall on the side of the room with the TV

Our stay was october so was a little chilly. The carpet was kind of yukky and the doorway was in ill-repair. Overall was a great stay. Did not realize was no elevator-likely my fault that i did not see that information. I would stay there again but my travel companion would not be able to due to the steps.
