「Clean and courteous staff」

「I really like the room structure and the sea view with large floor-to-ceiling windows, but the cleanliness of the items in the room is not enough, the equipment is old, everything else is okay.」

「The hotel is BEAUTIFUL! Very inviting with 2 fireplaces, a patio, a bar, hot tub and breakfast included. The hotel staff (all of them!) went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. From check in to check out everyone was personable and helpful, especially the hotel manager who recommended restaurants, gave us a map and checked in more than once to make sure we had everything we needed. Even though the spa was closed we still found enough things to do and see to make this mini stay perfect!...
