「I was put in an old room. The carpet had multiple stains all over the place. The room itself had an awful odor, and something in the wall or outside of the wall vibrated all night. I asked to move rooms, and it was better.」

「Property is in great proximity to Cooperstown Allstar Village. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Property could use a little updating, especially in rooms. It was a little musty.」

「I would never stay at this motel again.
From the moment we arrived, the experience was terrible. The bed sheets and blankets had a horrible smell, and we had to ask the staff to replace all of the bedding on our very first day. The comforters had cigarette burn holes, everything smelled unpleasant, and the room felt dirty.
The bathroom was disgusting. We had to wear flip-flops while showering because it didn’t feel clean at all. The shower curtain was filthy and clearly had not been replaced...

「Long wait for check in. Several people lined up waiting.
Very nice room, but only one elevator a very long haul down the corridor from our room. Breakfast was minimal. Back door lock didn’t work.」
