This place was amazing. The owner, Paul, could not be more friendly and helpful. He checked on us during our stay to make sure we needed anything. The property is so clean and my son really enjoyed the pool! It’s only 5 minutes to the dream park as well. I highly recommend!!!

Stayed here for a Cooperstown tournament. It is the perfect location to get to the park. The accommodations fit our needs and were much nicer than many of the vacation rentals and near by hotels that our friends stayed in. Paul is so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.

An amazing stay! Always prompt service, Paul was attentive to our every needs. Very convenient to which ever park you’re attending too if you’re going to Dream Park and or All-Star Village for Cooperstown baseball activities. Very quiet, easy access to the main road, and gas station conveniently situated on site. There is a convence store on site if there is a need for last minutes necessaries. I highly recommend this place if you want peace and quiet after leaving your kid in one of the baseball sites.

good motel for the money.

I just needed a place to stay overnight. For the price it was fine. It was clean and not too far from my destination. The mattresses were a little soft for my liking, but the cleanliness is great and there was always someone there when you needed them. I would stay there again.

Went to Cooperstown for Baseball Hall of Fame. Apple Inn was a wonderful stay, rooms were immaculate, wood floors , not carpet. Outside area near the pool was a great spot to unwind, lovely view. Apple Inn great communication, Beds were very comfortable. Shout out to Paul the owner, great guy to do busines. Highly recommend

Clean, climate controlled rooms. There is a gas station and convenience store in the same parking lot, which is nice because there is nothing else around. Paul was very friendly. My one complaint was that the beds needed an extra pillow and blanket, but other than that it was very nice for a motel.

This adorable motel was perfect for my sister and I to stay at while attending a concert at OMMEGANG Brewery (also a must go to!) Great views, owner was available personally by telephone when needed, he was very attentive and left water and a little snack for us. There’s a convenience store right in front, not open 24 hours but still nice to have through out our stay. It was very clean and modern looking, and the bed was comfy AF. Thanks Paul for the wonderful getaway, It healed our souls!!

The room was very clean and had some nice touches like bottles of water and coffee and a coffee maker. There were plenty of towels. The location was very near to Cooperstown and was surrounded by hills and fields. There were suggestions for restaurants in Cooperstown which was helpful.

Stay Here! You wont be disappointed

Paul was very responsive, friendly and accommodating. I locked myself out at 11pm and a neighbor helped me contact him and he was there in 2 seconds. I left my coffee pot on and asked him to pop in to turn it off and he restocked everything for me while in there without me asking. Beds were super comfy. I loved the peaceful serenity of this little charming motel. Highly recommend!
