"Older furnishings. The room was clean and comfortable, everything worked. The floor could have been swept or dust mopped more. Thin walls. We could hear conversations through the walls and the room above us. But we were satisfied with our stay. We would return in the future. "

"I was not able to take my trip due to illness, I contacted hotels.com and they were not able to get anybody to answered from the hotel until after the time I should take the room. As a consequence the hotel charged me without using the room. I have tried to contact the hotel to see if I can get at least another day in exchange for the money, and I still don’t get anybody to answer. Not trying this place again and of course not recommending it due to the poor customer service and poor interest on customer needs or emergencies in this case. "
