"Beautiful hotel however, we asked the front desk for our room to be cleaned and were told since we were only staying a weekend, it would not be cleaned. I asked, "Can we at least get the bathroom cleaned and some towels?" I also added that there were medical issues in the room. I was then told, they would clean the bathroom. To my disappointment, when I returned to my room from a full day outing, nothing was done. I reported it to the front desk and I was then able to get towels and the trash removed around 11pm that night."

"The room wasn't as expected. I signed up for 1st floor due to wheelchair and original room was 2nd floor with steps. Front desk clerk fixed as best as she could. Still had to get up 1 step but doable. The bedding and carpet were stained in numerous places. It had been "cleaned" but just no care in presentation. Stains are bothersome! Metal bed frame piece sticking out on 1 bed and could've caused injury if bumped against. Wiring for smoke detector in ceiling but it wasn't there. Hairdryer heating element exposed...fire risk, so we unplugged. Only 2 lamps in the room, very low light. Stayed in worse but this felt very run down and there was a significant lack of upkeep. Won't stay here again"

"Parking is ample. Rob was very helpful. Room - old but clean, however bed boxes are not in good condition Breakfast - 0/10 1. Place is so dark (not enough light) its a hazard for young ones and adults due to hot waffle maker 2. Not much options at breakfast, juice was out, butter was in big container and everyone had to use the same container was not appropriate 3. Juice was in 1 litre GV bottle, that was opened and didn't know when was it open had to ask the reception to change it 4. No microwavable bowls and when I asked, they told me everyone uses Styrofoam bowls 5. Old filthy chairs"

"Room was clean parking was plentiful and the staff was great. No elevator was a pain, but fortunately I only went up and down a few times. "

"Waffle machine out of order. Food was sparse. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Area was safe. Plenty of food Good for overnight stay."
