"First room had bed bugs. Very dirty. Staff quickly put us in another room but there was still old wrappers under the chair cushion. Could be cleaner and better maintained."

"I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and the conditions were completely unacceptable. From the moment I checked in, there were live bugs on the walls and dead bugs all over the floor. This alone should have been a red flag, but the situation got worse. On the final night, I discovered bedbugs in the room. At that point, it became clear that this was not just a minor cleanliness issue but a serious sanitation problem. Staying in that environment was extremely uncomfortable, and I now have concerns about contamination of my belongings. This is not something any guest should have to deal with, especially over multiple nights. I reported everything at checkout and am pursuing a full refund. I strongly caution anyone considering staying here. Until these issues are properly addressed, this property should not be hosting guests."

"Clean room, adequately supplied, friendly staff. Laundry available, but had to get quarters at the front desk and no detergent available. I bought some at a local store and left what I wasn't going to need for others to use. The stay was what I would expect at this price point. "

"My father passed away and they really helped us as we had to extend our stay and add rooms as other family arrived. They made this hard time in our life better and were extremely helpful. I can’t say enough about how kind and supportive they were. "

"The room wasn't clean. Cigarette burns on the bedding and bath. Paint splatter everywhere. Bathtub and toilet stained. Cracks everywhere. In general it looks like it is falling apart."
