For the price, it was very good. Although in serious need of refurbishing, the room was clean, the beds were relatively comfortable, and everything worked. Really, the only negative would be that they need to invest in a water-softening system.

Everything about this property fits our needs. They accept dogs without any weight limits and it’s the only good hotel in town. It’s right in the middle of town. They are also doing consistent updates on things that were outdated.

We stay at this hotel frequently and even though there are somethings broken at the property, they are diligently working to fix the issues. They are steadily updating the facility. We enjoy our stays there, especially for the good prices that they offer.

This hotel is a 2/5 star rating at most . When I checked in . I spent hours and hours cleaning this hotel up … The bathroom door was broke , stains on the sheets , the hair dryer didn’t work and the refrigerator was just filthy , but it was very spacious & staff was very sweet. The cleaning needs a lot of improving

Key West Inn is located next door to a pizza place. There is no clear signs of where their drive is if you’re heading southbound. The ice machine was out of order. Property had plenty of parking and rooms were spacious.

Small dogs are welcome if you pay $15. Take it or leave it attitude. My dog is cleaner and quieter than some of the other guest we saw. Breakfast? Yep if you want packets of oatmeal. No OJ or juice. Had a gallon jug of low fat milk sitting out.

Great Price! But ????

The rate should speak for itself. I must say, I slept well and there was plenty of hot water. However, the towels were thin and small. The shampoo were in ketchup packages. The shower handle came off in my hand. The outlets were scummy. Ironing board but no iron. The vanity was seriously cracked. Exposed cables reaching across the wall. The door that adjoined the room was broken and the hotel placed a dresser in front of it to keep out people who may open the door. The folder for the key card appeared to have been recycled by previous residents. No elevator if you are on the second floor. No USB connections for charging. Very outdated room but good coffee pot and I slept well. Walking distance to eateries. Third world experience in AL.
